Why it matters
A tense psychological thriller where moral compromise summons more than just guilt.
- Early-2000s indie horror with a tight, claustrophobic atmosphere and creeping dread.
- Explores the dark side of fame obsession before reality TV corrupted the culture.
- Strong performances anchor the uncanny blend of domestic drama and supernatural thriller.
- Fans of slow-burn moral horror—think David Lynch’s shadow over a true crime setup—will find plenty to dissect.
